Un petit coin de paradis, loin de tout. Un personnel accueillant et agréable

La route !!! On nous annonce une route en travaux avec des horaires de passage (9h-9h30 ; 14h-14h30 ; après 17h). Nous n’avons pas eu le choix d’arriver donc plus tard. A notre grande surprise, une route dans un état pitoyable pendant plus d’1h (et dans le noir). Il aurait été sympathique de nous prévenir avant. Pour le retour, pas le choix de repartir le matin. Sauf que qu’une fois arrivés à 9h devant les travaux, c’est maintenant au bon vouloir des travailleurs… Dommage, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’établissement et de son cadre atypique. + pas de connections wifi

Magnifique cadre au bord de la rivière Tara. Ambiance très calme et nature. Chambre très correcte. Restauration de bonne qualité. A déguster absolument la truite ! Le cuisinier les pêche lui même dans la rivière ( ça n'est pas une légende on l'a vu !!)

L'accès en voiture en compliqué ! La "route" finit en chemin de terre sur 7 km très pentu par endroit. Difficile à gérer si il a plu si vous n'avez pas un 4×4 ou au moins un SUV..il y avait des travaux et possible de passer seulement entre 9h et 9h30 et après 17h !!

Er te komen was wel een opgave maar dat wisten we van te voren.. We moesten zelf om de toiletrollen vragen, dat voelt wat gek. Het is inclusief ontbijt maar dat is wel wat weinig op dagen dat er geen buffet is, een tweede kopje thee zit er dan bijvoorbeeld niet bij-in.

Ogromnym minusem jest dojazd, który z centrum Zabljak wynosi 23 km i zajmuje ok 1 h, z czego ok 7 km w dość trudnych warunkach, drogą szutrową, przez las, wąską, stromą i krętą. Obiekt bardziej stwarza wrażenie przeciętnego pensjonatu niż hotelu, ciężko znaleźć kogoś z obsługi, pokoje nie są sprzątane podczas pobytu, brak wymiany ręczników.

L’environnement est incroyable (au pied des montagnes et de la tara)

L’accès : quasi inaccessible en voiture et notamment en voiture de location : des plages horaires de passage restreints cause des travaux 30 mn le m tin et après 17h le soir !! Nous sommes restés deux jours bloqués !

The natural surroundings and the river view around the hotel are absolutely stunning.

The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor — a mix of sewage and mildew. There weren’t enough parking spots, so we had to block another car. The staff was cold and unfriendly. The restaurant was overpriced — we paid €11 for just two beers. There’s really nothing to do around the hotel; there's no good options for walking or exploring nearby. Breakfast was poor and not tasty — just two small tables with a very limited selection, and it only included one coffee per person. Also, a super important point is that their internet &wifi didn't work at all. Overall, I don’t think the price we paid matched the experience we received. It didn’t meet my expectations.

Dojazd do hotelu to katastrofa. Poinformowano nas, że cześć drogi do hotelu to droga nieutwardzona. Okazało się że to 7 km dziur i wybojów. Okolica hotelu bardzo ładna, ale sam pokój mały i niewygodny.

We couldn’t get to the property, even tough we had a proper car to, we were afraid for our safety. We had to get back to Zabljak and get a hotel there. How is this property allowed to take bookings and without cancellation?! Our vacation was ruined by this hotel and for sure booking will be of no help with our complains.

Потрясающее месторасположение на берегу реки. Очень живописно, и те, кто любят уединение, тишину, прогулки в лесу, купание в прохладной воде, несомненно, захотят возвращаться сюда вновь и вновь. Кухня в ресторане понравилась. Все, что мы пробовали было приготовлено вкусно. Обслуживание в ресторане было хорошим.

Уборка в номерах номинальная. Ощущение, что меняют постельное белье, выбрасывают мусор и убирают лишь в тех местах, что бросаются в глаза. Полы были грязными, туалетная бумага отсутствовала, дренаж в душевых кабинах частично забитый и слабый.
