A real gem. Everything was perfect. From the whole structure and rooms nicely decorated and spotless, the attentive and welcoming staff. The great location with magnificent views. The SPA was great too. Small in a nice way and with all you need, excellent and professional massage service. One of the nicest stay I had. Thank you!

Friendly staff Mija gave us a warm welcome and explained explicitly the hotel facilities. The hotel is a stone throw to cable car to the Great Swing.

They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!

This is a super family owned hotel, in a great location with super mountain views from public areas and bedrooms. We stayed in summer, but it would be super in winter too. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The team were helpful and welcoming.

Really nice place to stay. Good location within Adelboden and very kind and efficient staff. I wanted to stay in a Swiss chalet style hotel and Adler satisfied well my expectations. The restaurant serves good quality food with reasonable price.

In the restaurant, it took a while to serve food.
