The rooms and rest rooms were near and tidy. The staff were very courteous.

The approach road towards the hotel is very narrow. Further, there is only limited parking space

"Too worst and too expensive for a slum area"

Room - looking is good just to attract customers like us.

Bathroom is not clean. In Room No. 201 Western toilet flush is not working. Location is not at all good . For charging Rs. 7280 without breakfast and just for stay is too expensive in a slum area. In surroundings food is also not available . In that location nothing is available. They have not removed the plastic cover in a bed. So noisy and not having comfort.

"Room was ok but the the view outside was an eyesore."

Lift was not readily available. They had to go somewhere to switch it on. Surroundings are pathetic. No kitchen.
