The location was good.

We booked a room for four people, expecting everything to be preoared accordingly. However, when we arrived there was only one double bed ready. When we called the reception to adress this issue they seemed very disorganized. We had to call multille times before they even picked up and to get some kind of solution. To address the bed issue, the staff opened the sofa bed, but it could only fit one person comfortaby. When we requested extra bed they said we would have to pay extra, which was very unconvinient since none of these were mentioned during the booking process. The room was not equipped for four. And one last major issue is that there isn't enough parking space. The hotel is pretty lagre but parking space can't fit enough cars and this also caused some inconviniences for us.

Great room, warm, with a pleasant price, and a very nice host!

It would have been great to have a couple of tea bags available :)
