Property located in prime central location and good morning breakfast!

We were given towels that had stains and were not washed! Bathroom tap was leaking and water was all over in bathroom which could cause accidents .. I had personally requested that the hotel booking was for my elder parents.. the staff were not keen to ensure the room was clean and secured! Very disappointing as during check out they were informed that they were short of staff on any assistance!! P.s upon request the towels n bathroom issue was taken care that should been looked into prior to check in! I

"Słabo, ale musiałem gdzieś zostać w centrum"

Lokalizacja, możliwość przedłużenia wymeldowania, zostawienie bagażu,

Pokój 725 w którym się zatrzymałem jest idealnie pod barem rooftop. Okropne - każdy wieczór głośny, ciągle muzyka, tłuczenie, każde krojone warzywo słychać w pokoju. Dodatkowo klimatyzacja była zagrzybiona!!! Przy uruchomieniu smród był nie do zniesienia. A co dopiero ze zdrowiem. Musiałem mieć ciągle wyłączoną klimatyzację. Tylko jeden ręcznik do wycierania w łazience. Brak ręcznika do rąk.
