Was not able to contact property through phone. Had put a note through booking.com that I will be coking at 2AM for checking. When reached, the shutter was closed and after 10 min they opened the doors and said rooms are not available. After arguing that it’s confirmed booking, they showed 2 rooms where there was no working AC, room was all dusty and smelly. I had to book another hotel on urgent basis. It was like a very bad experience with hotel through booking.com. I feel basic checks should be done before listing the hotel on platform. Also please remove this hotel from your platform.

Cleanliness was maintained

It was an extremely cramped setup with no space to walk in the property. Also, the lift was tiny, where not even 2 people can fit. The AC was making noise and was not serviced. The property didn't feel safe with the family. The reception staff was not very pleasant. There was a smell of smoke coming from them. Also, the room had a very unpleasant smell of smoke.
