Its a decent hotel although located in prime Indiranagar/Domlur area but I would not recommend it for family as it has a lot of beer bars beside the property which makes the area vulnerable.

by mistake I forgot one of my belongings in the hotel and called them the next day, however staff is very careless and told them we dont know as he was not on duty.. I called them the subsequent day and another staff said all staff is new after the day I checked out and we dont know where the old staff keep the leftover belongings of customer. I even went to the hotel the next week but same response.. all the staff is blaming each other and saying we dont know.

Nothing was right from bathroom to AC to bed to work station. During my 2 day stay, no housekeeping came to clean up the room. Have to call the reception to provide water bottles and coffee.
