Facility was very good

but stafe was not trained or good at there behavior and responce was tooooo worst.

T V not working and channel as well

This Hotel is a FRAUD. They cheated me by canceling my booking without any intimation and overcharged me for booking again.

FRAUD HOTEL. OVERCHARGING MONEY BY CANCELLING ORIGINAL BOOKING WITHOUT INTIMATION. NO PREPAYNENT LINK SHARED. THE STAFF TOLD IF I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT EARLIER THEN ALSO THEY WOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE BOOKING SO THAT THEY CAN OVERCHARGE FOR AN INFERIOR ROOM. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE TEA IN BREAKFAST. THE ROOM WAS SO BAD THAT THE FAN WAS NOT WORKING AT NORMAL SPEED. IT WAS TOO SLOW AND THERE WERE BED BUGS AND MOSQUITO ALL OVER THE PLACE. IT WAS A HELL LILE EXPERIENCE. STAFF IS INHUMAN, FRAUDSTER AND A LOCAL GOON.

when I booked hotel, it was mentioned that airport shuttle is available, but at the mid of night when we reached at airport, I called them for shuttle, they said we will charge you Rs. 500

Only chose because it was less costly but again the room was very basic like a dharamshala.

I hated the staff... very rude. First they charged me extra money for early check-in then next day they asked me to vacant the room very early while the checkout time was 10 am, stating that room will have a early check out as I had a early check-in.and they even took extra 300 rupees for that. Smelly room, dirty bedsheets I have been to so many budget hotels all over the India..but I can say that this was the first worst hotel I encountered. They made situation for a solo girl traveller like me very difficult.
