This place sucks pls don't go by the photos put online by FAB HOTELS ITS A COMPLETE CON GAME 1) This is not a hotel, it's a 3 story apartment converted into a lodging premises 2) We had booked 2 rooms and from the day we came to the day we checked out 4 nights one rooms lock was broken and it was not fixed till we left, be carefull of your valuables 3) The rooms have only bed no chairs or table, we actually pulled in a table kinda thing which was in the passage 4) We had to call the boys to give us fresh towels everyday and ask them to come and do the cleaning of the room 5) We had done our booking from booking.com, even there the pics uploaded were wrong and I had included breakfast but literally had to argue with the staff. They don't provide food, it's lodging only. 6) Pls be extra carefull when booking from online sites today the pics you see are deceptive. It's better to pay more and go to a standard established brand. 7) The worst was having to sleep on a spring mattress whose springs were poking your back and we had to kill the big cockroaches which kept visiting us. WHY DIDN'T WE MOVE TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL A) WE HAD PAID ADVANCE B) WE WERE UNABLE TO GET BOOKINGS AS ITS HOLIDAY SEASON

value for money, reasonably clean and good size of the room. Location is ok, slightly interior so Uber/ Ola find it difficult to locate the place. Quite area.

Nothing - no amenities available. Incorrigible room conditions, broken mug, door lock, rats in the room. Unresponsive staff - no 24/7 assistance as mentioned on the website- to name a few. Never have I ever felt so unsafe in a cosmopolitan city. Absolutely unacceptable. The images of the rooms are mere click baits and for marketing purposes. Nothing is worth the money spent on this. Cannot wrap up my head around the fact that such "hotels" are on your website. If you cannot run a thorough check, you should reconsider your brand name from "Fab hotels".

The check in was smooth and welcoming. The staff very polite.

A wonderful stay. The room was spacious and as advertised on the photos. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Looking forward to staying here again!

Easily accessible location moreover staff behaved very nicely.Especially the manager was really friendly and helpful.
