No civic facilities, Toilet is very unscientific , rooms are shabby, blankets were made of rugs of previous decade and as heavy that life was miserable, staff were provocative and compelled to take rooms of higher rent but services and facilities were further poorer. This is not at all a hotel to be booked through this website.
