Grand Padis Hotel

The room were cleaned and chic! The restaurant beneath was amazing! The bakery as well. We went on morning hike, and they had prepared us a breakfast to go.

They mentioned a fitness while it is not there.

The hotel is only a few years in use so everything is fresco an new, large swimming pool with a bar and located near the city center. Nice that the restaurant is also open for non-hotel guests which makes it more lively .

It missed a larger bar with snacks and drinks other then the pool one.

We needed to check out really early (1:00 am) and they gave us the breakfast in a box, ready to take away.

The location is great with dining options around. Hotel is well maintainted, clean and staff are very lovely and helpful. Breakfast starts already at 6 am and options are good with some items ready while others have to be ordered. If you plan very early departure (eg to Kawah Ijen), you can order take away breakfast to be picked up at the reception.

Mosque being a bit too close so call for prayer very loud, but it wouldn't affect decision to stay here anyway. Road in front of the hotel is very busy and traffic is very loud if you have a room facing the road so it may be a good idea to ask for a room on another side if you prefer quiet space. I believe there were no international channels available on TV.
