Location was central. Large room and bathroom. Nice rooftop. Clean and tidy.

Bathroom floor was slippy when wet. Robes and slippers provided were not suitable for a taller stature.

I rarely write reviews but the experience I had with the staff of this hotel makes me feel like I have to write one. Just so others don’t have the misfortune of dealing with this hotel like I did. I booked for a room via booking.com. The booking was confirmed. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the staff “forgot” to put our booking in the system. Now they said they forgot, but on the screen of the pc they still show that the confirmation came through. I know it’s busy season and mistakes happen, but I wouldn’t write this review if it was just that. After admitting their mistake, the clerk told me she will personally help me to look for another room replacement and will provide compensation for my trouble. Well those never happened. She just book me a taxi and after I got on the taxi that’s just that. No further help, instruction or any compensation. She made a false promise just so I wouldn’t cause trouble. The moment I stepped outside is when the “assistance” ends. I ended up paying for the taxi myself, missed out on an important appointment and have to book double the rate at another hotel to secure a room. This hotel and its staff will literally leave you out cold on the street. I would rate this lower if I could. What a terrible experience.

Cleanliness should be better. I feel the bad smell with bath towels and the towels color look dirty. Maintenance is bad, the hotel is outdated, it didn’t feel very clean. Wouldn’t ever stay here again.

I did not get the room size I reserved and paid for. I paid for 25 M2 and got 19 M2
