Breaffy House Hotel and Spa

Beautiful hotel, and the grounds are amazing! The breakfast was fabulous and nothing was a bother! They keep bees and offer free compost and honey, lovely touch. Everything was nice and easy. Spa facilities looked good, but unfortunately I didn't have my swimmers. The property in general would be brilliant for families, pool, crazy golf, playground, etc.

For a 4* I did expect that little more attention to detail. Whilst the staff were really good and really nice, there just wasn't that 4* feeling. The bar food was ok, nothing to shout about and don't expect fast service if there's a crowd. The room was really clean, but there was a cotton bud on the floor...eek! I did love the hotel and location, I just thought there was a little something missing.

We stayed one night, Room and Bathroom were good, Shower very good, Breakfast was very good, The bar was ok but needs more selections when it comes to beers, A German beer would be welcome

Great hotel in a beautiful location. Staff were very attentive including Oisin.

The restaurant was disappointing with overpriced ingredients eg one lamb cutlet and a tough steak

Bed was very comfortable, nice view from window. Great that there is accessible water fountain for drinking water in the hall. Nice breakfast and nice food. Nice walks around the grounds with lovely mountain views and stunning native trees. It's a great touch to have a crazy golf course. The swimming pool was very well maintained and there was a new outdoor Thermal sauna experience. It was exceptional value for the room amd breakfast included. You can find lots of chill out spots around the beautiful grounds

Smart TV would be a nice touch
