Greenvale Hotel

Fantastic staff and loved the bar upstairs to have your dinner in on an evening, along with Xmas decor.

Breakfast either cooked or cereal, maybe a choice of fruit and yogurt but just personal preference

The receptionist helped me with my bags . As there did not seem to be a lift. I loved breakfast. Very tasty and lovely. The heads were very comfortable. Lovely and clean rooms. The bar was very nicely decorated. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel was conveniently located near to work. It is an impressive building. The room was quiet & clean. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The food was excellent, breakfast & dinner. Regarding the staff, while they were all very good, Paula in the restaurant/bar was outstanding - easy on the eye, a good sense of humour, & very considerate to all diners, including my colleague & I.

Too much food!!! The breakfast was occasionally missing an item - just as well, I suppose.

Staff , food and comfort brilliant

I thought the value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was also lovely, but I would have loved some pastries on the buffet table!

There was a security function on the door that very nearly led to a disaster when I got locked out of my room the morning I was leaving. I must have hit a button by mistake as I left the room and no key card would work to open it. Only for one of the breakfast staff being able to get into the office to fix the issue I would have really been in trouble. Again, the staff was phenomenal when I needed help, but the function should definitely be advertised more or removed altogether from the doors!
