free room upgrade! very helpful staff, beautiful and convenient location, yummy food especially the pizzas, comfortable and warm room with lovely mountain view, decent breakfast and well brewed coffee, nice sauna room, good wifi. overall amazing experience!

Restaurant gets super packed for dinner so go early to avoid long waits! For the Brits - there's no kettle in the room but you can request hot water from the kitchen downstairs anytime. No hot breakfast but they do have boiled eggs & cold cuts and they were even nice enough to warm up my porridge every morning. overall I was very satisfied.
