The management.. It's quite difficult to check in with car... Pls improve how to get check in with smooth instruction especially for those who first time

Cockroaches everywhere, the bed was not comfy at all, the water had no filter and tasted iron-like, the bathroom hose was leaking and noisy the whole night, The resolution to the cockroaches was cockroach spray???????? Unbelievable and would not recommend (30/7/2023)

Aircond make some noises and water dripping from the aircond. TV in the living room not function.
