The room was good.

Staff was not very friendly, huge language barrier (they barely spoke English). Common areas were dirty, cushions and seats were dirty, trash behind bars and in bushes. A la carte restaurants served very poor food, the main restaurant was okay. Drinks (cocktails), were poor quality, served in paper cups. Airconditioning was broken when we entered the room (got fixed), tv was not working because batteries were oxidized, …. The overall quality of everything was not what we expected, just insufficient, and what is presented on the description and photo’s. Unfortunately we wanted to leave after the first day, no support was provided (from hotel and booking).

Everything was clean,and the location was great,if you only want to do nothing,it is the perfect location. There was enough food for anyone to get bored of eating it.

I booked 2 rooms for my family for 6 nights. The hotel welcomes many families, and has children-friendly environment. The kids loved the slides, and played all day. The beach is vast and so natural, several sea turtles laid their eggs on this protected beach. The staff is sincere and positive. Our son vomited in the room due to sun stroke, we requested cleaning team for help, they immediately came and deep-cleaned the room and bathroom.

The hotel management is unnecessarily tolerant for Russian tourist who leave their towels on sunbeds from day before or early morning. It is very selfish and rude behavior. Wifi is poor in the room, good at the lobby area. Cocktails from several bars are mixed with cheap local spirits. Some better/decent options can only be found in lobby bar. The food is pretty much same everyday lacking red meet. There are many sorts but not much tasty. Instead of many useless varieties, I prefer less variety but more quality. Overall rating could be 9/10 or 10/10 with little improvement on food and drink quality.

1. This is not a 5 star resort, more like 3 star. We were lied to that this is 5 star. 2. Bedding and towels were old and stained. Mattresses were sunken in and unstable. 3. Rooms were smelly and damp. 4. Grounds are poorly maintained with overgrown bushes and weeds. 5. No one speaks English. Kid's activities are in Russian, which makes it a waste of money for parents with English speaking children. The resort seems to cater for Russian guests mostly, which is fine, but as a non Russian,I would not choose to spend my money here.
