El hotel es nuevo, cómodo y limpio, en general. El único problema que tuvimos, fue el olor del sanitario, ya que no cuentan con trampas de agua tanto el lavabo como la regadera.

"Hotel cómodo, familiar en el Fuerte"

El personal fue muy atento, las instalaciones estaba super limpias, nuevas, todo fue excelente durante la estancia. Estaban al pendiente cuando ibamos a la alberca para prendernos las fuentes. Nos facilitaron todo para tener una excelente estancia.

Lo limpio del lugar y la amabilidad de la señora Chayito. Me gustó mucho que la arquitectura es moderna y el baño tiene elementos de vidrio. Hay clóset grande.

Le talta una mesita en la habitación para poner cosas personales. La señal WiFi es algo débil.

La atención del personal fue muy buena en todo momento. Muy cerquita de la plaza y del fuerte Habitación limpia

Quizá que las habitación estén más iluminadas o qué las pintes de un color más claro para que no se vea tan oscuro.
