Manglende rengøring den førte dag. Anden efter påtale fik vi rengøring. , dog glemte man at lukke døren til værelset, hvor vi havde vores ting. Toilet virkede ikke mellem fredag og lørdag måtte ringe flere gange Ikke service til 4 Pers ( bestik og glas)

Other than eventually finding an on-site parking space, there was nothing to like about this hotel, which I would more accurately describe as a worker's hostel.

The location of the hotel is directly on a busy main road, which we knew from the listing, but we were not prepared for the fact that other than voluminous traffic, there is really nothing on this road. We took a fairly long walk to see what was what and there was literally nothing in the surrounding area. We found the nearest bakery on our drive back to the Autobahn, probably 1 kilometer away. The room-size was destroyed by the intrusion of the ensuite, which made it impossible to house a larger bed. Our bed was a "double" that in England would be called 4'6" and in Germany is a non standard size. This could only be accomodated by pushing it right up against a wall and made it uncomfortable and difficult for two people to use. My husband and I are older and we like our creature comforts. We did notice the underside of the toilet seat was dirty! We have been travelling across Germany once or twice a year for the past 18 years and stayed in many hotels. This was by far the worst. I was actually shocked to experience such a poor standard in Germany, and shocked that other users gave it a decent rating. Perhaps we got the worst room, or perhaps others were on a paid-for business trip that might take the sting out of it. 110 euros a night for this is not good value! Our experience was made worse by the fact that having stated we were 2 people, provision was only made for single occupancy: one pillow, one very tired looking washed out quilt and cover, and one feeble poor quality bath towel/hand towel (see photo). As we arrived shortly after 18.00 hours, there were no staff members on site. We phoned for assistance and well over an hour later someone brought bedding and towels (said they couldn't get parked). Everything was a cheap finish (shower room a joke) - I think the bedside lamp says it all! The view from the window was onto the road, with heavy traffic. Not a location I would ever bring my grandchildren to.

Super Service und nette, verständnisvolle Mitarbeiter*Innnen

Die Lage und das Moderne Design waren perfekt. Als Familie Super besser aber zu zweit. Das Frühstück das unten vom Restaurant erstellt wurde war der Absolute Hammer. Mega nette Leute und ein Frühstück für diesen, für ein Hotel günstigen Preis war ausnahmslos gut. Kaffee, Frischer Salat Honig, Eier und und und Beide Daumen hoch. Preislich mehr als gerechtfertigt. Wenn man das mit anderen Hotels vergleichen will, die meist unverschämte Frühstückspreise haben. Zumal man ja auch ein Zimmer mietet. Zum Vergleich in Berlin wird gern mal 29€ für eine Erwachsene Person verlangt Hier waren es 12,50€ Super.

Das Zimmer lag nach vorne raus. Wer also Ruhe möchte ist dort fehl am Platz. Da wir immer das Fenster geöffnet haben, ist es Sehr Laut von der Straße her.
