"Re-check on your booking twice."

All the facilities, food & staff is excellent and really enjoined the stay. However, one incident was happened at checking, where I supposed to check for four nights where the reception said couldn't meet since the hotel is fully booked for my last night. After complaining to Booking.com, somehow I manage to stay in the same hotel without any problem. So better to re-confirm the booking when you place the booking.
