The hotel offers good value for the price, though don’t expect luxury. The room size is ample, and the staff's helpful and friendly attitude is highly commendable. Although there is no on-site restaurant, food can be delivered through various online services, and there are several hotels and supermarkets nearby. Parking is also available.

The bed linens appear old and stained, which detracts from cleanliness. While the room itself is tidy, the building seems outdated and lacks maintenance in some areas. For example, door handles are loose, there are minor leaks, and hot water was inconsistent during our stay (we only had it once, but didn’t report it as the weather was warm). Additionally, there is considerable noise, possibly from nearby metro construction, and the rooms are not well soundproofed.

It is low budget hotel with one staff. It will be a fault on me if I expect more.
