location cleanliness value

reception staff was arguing with me why I gave them a review of 7/10 for my last stay instead of 10/10.if you need 10/10 review, you should have facilities and products according to that. you can see the condition of the room keys and for this room key the staff was fighting with me to return it to them 😊strange behavior! Even the bath towels in the room are worn out.
