Sehr hilfsbereites und höfliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ist besonders hervorzuheben. Hier kann man sich rundherum wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist als zentral anzusehen, das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße vom zentralen Platz in der Innenstadt entfernt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, wenn etwas nicht da sein sollte, bekommt man es auf Nachfrage spätestens am Folgetag.
