Location suited our needs. Hotel very quite as no other guest so liked that also. Swimming pool nice.

The facilities were excellent and clean. The owner was very welcoming.

Avoid booking this hotel through Booking.com. I was double charged and have spent six days trying to get a refund. Although Booking.com admitted they could see that I had been double charged they would not issue a refund unless I provided them with information they already had. After providing them with a PDF of my bank statement to prove the double transaction they requested more information that they are already in possession of. The refund process is clearly designed to be as difficult as possible for the consumer. I have come to the conclusion that I'm not going to receive a refund due to the ridiculous nature of their process.This is in no way the fault of the hotel but I would suggest using Agoda or another provider.

Nothing to like !!!!! What an disaster! The worst stay I've ever endured in my life. False advertising, on this booking site. The pictures published of the /location/view are totally deceptive. They show a misty view from the room. In fact, the view is not of mountains, it is of the back of the neighbouring hotel and it's rubbish pile.

Check-in receptionist was slovenly dressed, badly groomed, and gave the impression we were interrupting her office work which she was doing, sitting on the dirty floor in the lobby. No english speaker present. Room was quite spacious, but had not been cleaned. Previous guest cut toenails still on the floor! Breakfast was disgusting, the table holding the food and crockery was dirty, fried eggs and whole breakfast plate was pre prepared and served direct from the refrigerator. When asked to have freshly cooked eggs, the original ones were slightly warmed in a microwave. The coffee was instant only, with no fresh milk. The toaster wasn't working to toast the stale bread, but I was able to get it going by tracing the cord and plugging it in to a dangerous exposed power outlet under the table, along with leftover rubbish still unswept for days.... My wife cut her finger on the sharp screws sticking out tfrom the chairs on the verandah. I would be happy to address these issues with the owner direct, to verify them, he has my contact details. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL..!!
