"Their claim is that they cannot accept the booking with the facilities that they donot provide."

iNSPITE OF THE FACT THAT THE BOOKING WAS PAID FULLY, THEY REFUSED THE CHECK-IN. They literally refused the check-in because of the BREAKFAST and DINNER selected. They said that they do not provide these things and refused the check-in itself claiming BOOKING RECEVIED FOR MORE ROOMS THAN THEY HAVE.

Worst experience from there . The reception people charged different amount daily and was also charged excessively. Also the person in front desk asked us to vacate for questioning the over charged payment.

"Poor rooms and ill mannered staff"

Rooms were bad and rooms locks were broken. I had to change room twice. Very bad behaviour of staff when complaint. The price of 1500/- was over priced
