We never stayed at the property even though we paid full price because there was no-one there to welcome us. We were never informed that this hotel has no staff and that we had to let ourselves in with a door code. We never received a code. And we also did not get a refund. So, an utterly disappointing experience during a cold, rainy, November night when a warm hotel was just what we needed.

That this hotel had no staff.
