Hotel Sunce

The personnel of the hotel was extremely welcoming, nice and willing to help. That's the only redeeming quality of this 'hotel'.

The hotel doesn't look like the fotos anymore. It probably used to be quite nice some time in the past, but it hasn't been renovated properly for years. The shower doors didn't close all the way, leaving a huge opening to splash around the bathroom. The 'minibar' door wouldn't close either. Everything in the room was showing quite a bit of wear and tear. The conditioner was barely managing to cool down the room, it didn't reach the temperature it was set on. Overall, it wasn't completely awful for a one-night stay, but it was definitely NOT a 3-star hotel experience, not even close. So, this would have been just an average experience if not for the RESTAURANT. Oh, we made a terrible mistake trying to have some lunch before going out. We made an order for a dinner (the prices are as high as at restaurants in Belgrade, mind you), the waiter brought us the drinks and left. We waited 20 minutes - okay, fine, polako, no hurry. 30 minutes, 40 minutes... We figured something was wrong, but we were unable to find our waiter. We asked another waiter, she checked and it turned out that our waiter had forgotten to send the order to the kitchen! He didn't even bother to check on us or ask another waiter to do that (and none of the other waiters bothered either)! We paid for the lemonades and had to make do without dinner because we didn't have any more time before our appointment. If other reviews from Google are to be believved, this isn't a one-time occasion, the staff of this restaurant are always like this! Whatever this place is, a cafana maybe, but definitely not a RESTAURANT at a 3-STAR HOTEL. I can't believe that this 'restaurant' receives 5-star reviews, those must be some lucky visitors.

Sparkling clean and comfortable hotel with good restaurant. Owner always on-site and very friendly and helpful. Good WiFi signal. Excellent bathroom and shower. Easy outside parking. Ten minute walk to centre. Large multi-channel t.v. Excellent value for money.

No dislike in respect of excellent hotel, but immediate surrounding area dull and drab.
