"Unprofessional and incompetent"

We have booked a room 1 week ahead and even got a confirmation message from them. After 4 hr driving that day they refused to host us and said sorry we don’t have available room. Big dissatisfaction, don’t go there as you may not have a roof above your head, especially if it’s a weekend
