Das Hotel Montana Palace in Kruševo beeindruckt mit seiner Lage, seinem architektonischen Erbe und einer Renovierung, die visuell viel bietet. Einige Servicekräfte leisten hervorragende Arbeit: aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Diese Momente zeigen, welches Potenzial hier schlummert. Doch leider bleibt dieser Eindruck nicht durchgängig. Andere Mitarbeiter wirken überfordert oder unmotiviert, was sich in langsamer Bedienung und mangelnder Freundlichkeit äußert. Besonders auffällig ist das Verhalten einiger Praktikanten, die während des Service am Handy sind — ein Detail, das zwar menschlich nachvollziehbar ist, aber auf gravierende Defizite in der Mitarbeiterführung und Schulung hinweist. Die Renovierung selbst ist stilvoll, aber in Teilen unpraktisch für den täglichen Betrieb. Materialien und Raumlösungen wirken eher für Fotobücher als für funktionalen Hotelalltag konzipiert. Hier fehlt die Balance zwischen Ästhetik und Pflegeleichtigkeit. Montana Palace bleibt ein Ort mit Geschichte und Potenzial. Doch um diesem gerecht zu werden, braucht es mehr als schöne Oberflächen: eine klare Führung, professionelle Schulung und ein Verständnis für Gastfreundschaft als tägliches Handwerk.

The location is nice with a beautiful view of the town. The restaurant and the spa area is good as well. The personnel was very kind and polite.

The room was not with a level floor. The bed was tilted and it was impossible to sleep because the head was much lower than the feet. I had to use some folded blankets to level the bed. They didn’t clean r to he room daily unless you had the clean my room sign and that was always at the afternoon when you were at the room and not during the morning as usually happens at all the hotel that I know. The room was not painted after some repairs had been done also at the bathroom floor were stains of dirty water probably from the radiator that despite being renovated looked ugly. Also breakfast was very basic with small variety and flies flying over the buffets.

The hotel used to have draught beer which was good but now only small bottles available

Breakfast good but was the same every day. Indoor pool very nice. Gym needs more dumbbells, barbell and weights.

More variety for breakfast.

La struttura è accogliente e gode di buoni servizi come palestra, sauna e piscina. Perfetta per gli amanti dello sport e del benessere. Ristorante semplice ma buono.

La palestra purtroppo si trova in uno stato non adatto al tipo di struttura. Probabilmente sono in atto lavori di restauro. Anche la colazione purtroppo un po’ al di sotto delle aspettative.
