Suitenhotel Idyll Heckenrose

So eine liebe Inhaberin. Alles war sehr sauber und es sieht in echt noch besser aus. Man ist vom Bahnhof in 3 geh Minuten an der Unterkunft super zentral aber man hat dennoch seine Ruhe.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und eine tolle Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Ausstattung – es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Selbst ein Kinderbett und ein Kinderstuhl standen für uns bereit, was den Aufenthalt mit Kindern besonders angenehm machte. Das gesamte Team war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und sehr lecker, hier blieb kein Wunsch offen. Insgesamt war für uns alles top – wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

A bit secluded from the hustle and bustle of town but close to everything. Everything in the facility was well done and comfortable!

I originally chose the hotel as „dog friendly“ - my booking.com filter was „4 persons, 1 dog“. After booking and paying, I double-checked with the hotel only to find out that „yes, they have selected rooms/suites that allow dogs but that I did not get one of them. I was, fortunately, able to make other arrangements for the dog but was upset over the NOT clear arrangements through Booking.Com. Arriving with a dog could have been a disaster.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Every morning, the breakfast felt like a Sunday morning brunch with family and friends. For the kids, there were indoor and outdoor play areas. We enjoyed the time so much and will return.

Nothing to mention. We just hope that our friendly hotel manager will be staying until we return. She really turned an already great stay into a fantastic stay.
