Reasonably good, value for money

Additional breakfast charged at very high rate. There were no tissue papers in room. The additional hand towel asked was not given, instead full bath towel was provided.

Cleanliness standard poor and location of the hotel and its compound very badly managed. Pigeon shit everywhere

The location was a little outside of the city, and while that in itself is not a negative, because there was so much of congestion and noise within the city, this hotel's location allowed for so much quietude. The reception was nice, the staff were nice, the check-in was smooth. The rooms were spacious, and facilities fabulous.

The breakfast took time to be refilled / restocked. The team seemed clueless about handling the demand, and were struggling to get going, from the moment the buffet started. The crowd seemed continual, and hence they may have been overwhelmed, but it doesn't really justify taking so long to serve an omelette or a plain dosa, does it?

MY EXPECTATIONS FOR THIS HOTEL WERE ABOVE PAR .. THE STAFF FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE DINING AND THE DOOR MAN WERE VERY CORTEOUS . THE BUFFET WAS ALSO VERY GOOD .
