Amazing location best the cathedral. There is a courtyard where you can enjoy the sun. The breakfast is huge and delicious. The hosts are helpful and friendly. I recommend.

Family room at 2nd floor. The staircase to the 2nd floor very steep. Toilet very narrow. Air cond position. Bed sink.

The owner is very helpful with everything and makes a great breakfast - we didn't have any better elsewhere. The location is as good as it gets and the balcony right over the monastery, with views on the mountains all around is awesome. Especially given the location the price is very good.

The bathroom and especially basin are small and internet signal is poor.

The hotel is just opposite the Svetitskoveli church, from the balcony of family 2-bedroom apartment, you can take photos of the church and Jvari monastery. The rooms were decent size with 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 big terrace and 1 tiny bathroom. We could dine outside the terrace and enjoyed the view. Location is ideal, you can walk to all the places nearby less than 10 mins max.

Tiny bathroom, however given that our room is op top floor on the attic, bathroom cannot be bigger.
