Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es gab Baguette, Brotscheiben, Marmeladen, elsässischen Käse, Camembert, Rührei, Bacon, Ei zum Selberkochen, Müsli mit Milch, Fruchsäfte, Yoghurt in mehreren Sorten. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt von Molsheim. Elsässischer Wein kann am Empfangstresen gekauft und mit auf das Zimmer genommen werden.
