Fairly sizeable room, nice bed close to a nice quiet riverbank area as a starting point for a hike to the Biwa lake shore park.

Closed windows is always a let down to me, even though this hotel was near quite busy junctions, i still prefer to at least have some outside air coming in. Staff was correct and friendly, but only just, it seemed. It was fine.
