Water heater and aircons need upgrade Aircon quite small compared to room size also water heater quite small

Very nice place with amazing view, nice swimming pool and very tasty food, goos to stay few days and chill or do some trekking, Well trained staff always when needed

Location was nice, great views on the mountains top.

Unfortunately the general manager scolded her employees on a frequent basis and infront of guests - highly unprofessional. She also did not bother at any point, to greet guests nor check on their experience. Very poor form. Food could be better, mostly frozen then fried.
