La localisation, dès qu'on sort de l'hôtel on se retrouve sur une route très passagère à 6km de Doung Dong, poussiereuse, avec immeuble à moitié construit Pas un endroit ideal pour une île paradisiaque Au 3eme étage, chambre avec bruit toute la nuit de la pompe à eau À l'arrivée on nous fait payer avant de nous installer dans la Chambre, 1ere fois depuis 3 semaines au Viêtnam, on nous dit qu'il y a un petit déjeuner. ( marqué sur le panneau à l'entrée) Finalement, obligés d'aller à pieds prendre le PDJ dehors car on ne le sert pas à l'hôtel. Payé chère une tasse que j'avais eu l'honnêteté de dire que j''avais ebreche Pas l'accueil chaleureux vietnamien dont nous avons eu l'habitude Juste une affaire mercantile

Расположение не самое лучшее, если пешком до пляжа, то идти минут 12. Шум от самолетов (рядом находится аэропорт) и шумные соседи, ночью громко включают музыку, когда ты с детьми это очень мешает и никто не следит за тишиной...

Location, value for money and customer service. Airport was 10 mins by cab. We hired scooter from the property which was the right choice and also necessary. There are no restaurants, grocery store or anything in the area. But, it’s 10mins by scooter to all the central area with all the restaurants and spas. It is also located centrally - 45 mins to north of the island where we visited vinpearl safari and 45 minutes to south of island where sun world cable car departure station is. There was also a beach just 10 minutes by scooter. Room was really spacious, we had huge luggages as we travelled with our toddler but there was enough room to handle them comfortably . Kitchen was separated which was great. It was an easy to handle gas stove, I was able to comfortably cook for my kid. Swimming pool was clean and huge. We had a lot of fun chilling in the pool after roaming around south and north side. The staff were really courteous and great. Always willing to help.

There are no food options, not even coffee. In my opinion, breakfast is a necessity while on vacation and property should consider providing it soon. It’s a 2-star property so expect only basic facilities. Bed was basic, bathroom was simple. And it floods after every bath and needs updation of the drainage system. We chose the property for the location and it paid off. Also, very less options in phu quoc with kitchen . We needed it for our kid. For these reasons, we felt value for money .

The facilities were great especially the pool, it was a good size. The bungalows had everything you needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was only 10 minute walk to the beach and beach resorts. Breakfast place at the end of the drive.

They didn't clean the room for the week we stayed. Beds are hard.
