Mi experiencia en el hotel no cumplió con mis expectativas debido al servicio recibido en la recepción. La atención fue poco cordial y faltó disposición para resolver inquietudes, lo que afectó negativamente mi estancia. Las instalaciones fueron adecuadas, pero la actitud de la recepcionista hizo que la experiencia general no fuera tan agradable como esperaba. Considero que una atención más amable y profesional marcaría una gran diferencia para los huéspedes. Lamentablemente, el servicio en recepción no estuvo a la altura de la calidad que esperaba del hotel. La falta de amabilidad y atención al cliente impactó de forma negativa mi percepción de la estadía.
