estaba sucio, mal ubicado, el baño pequeño e incómodo en el que no había separación entre inodoro y ducha, se mojaba entero, y además nos pidieron una fianza de 10k idr por si rompíamos algo. Y el personal del hotel no tenía ni idea de inglés

Family room is spacious with proper queen bed, quite comfortable to sleep and less noise from the road nearby.

Most western people are used to dry toilet floor or seperated toilet from shower so would love to get more bath mat to dry our feet and avoid accident involving children due to slippery bathroom floor.

Everything was very clean, staff where very helpful! We liked the location, many shops close by

Very quiet inside the hotel. Walking distance from Ciputra mall and Simpang Lima square.

Towels were smelly.
