El servicio y atención de la señoríta Diana en la recepción. Muy atenta.

Ventanas corredizas con la felpa averiada. Entraba mucho aire por los lados. No había toalla ni jabón en el baño. Solo me llevaron una toalla en malas condiciones. Televisores viejos y el servicio de Cable pésimo.

"NO OFRECEN JABÓN DE DUCHA EN ALOJAMIENTO"

Tiene ascensor y tiene factura y buffete en el desayuno incluido.

Lo pésimo es que el hotel no BRINDA JABON PARA DUCHARSE. Eso es increible ya que en incluso en cualquier hotel de menor precio brindan ese accesorio. La administración me dijo que a cambio de eso dan jabón líquido y shampoo pero el problema es que el jabón líquido sirve para ducharse sólo si tienes a la mano un trapo de ducha. PÉSIMO. La ubicación está cerca del óvalo grau, el cual es bueno si estas haciendo escala para ir a Virú, pero no es bueno si deseas hacer turismo. Ya que está cerca de una avenida y de un bypass se escucha mucho el ruido si es que la habitación tiene ventana a la calle.
