Posizione centrale e camere ben arredate. Staff gentile.

Per tutta la durata del soggiorno (5 notti), la televisione non ha funzionato. Ci hanno spiegato che era un problema generalizzato. Tuttavia, mi sarei aspettata un gesto per compensare questo disservizio. Invece si sono a malapena scusati.

Very nice and clean room. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Very close to the city center, train station and metro.

Soho Boutique is modern , very clean and a relaxing stay. It is a great location to walk around the city to see all the popular attractions. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Good location, clean room, nice decor, and a very comfortable bed.

At reception, staff are often watching things loudly on their phone. Such a small detail, but it takes the ambience from a 4 star to feeling like a 3 star hotel. It's not very professional.

We stayed here for a few days before I had to do some work in Valencia. I also stayed on for the work trip. The staff were ultra helpful, the room was lovely and the location is just right for a walk into the city or a little furthwer into Old Town which is less than 20 minutes away. Also really close to Colon on the Metro which is direct for the Airport and close to buses and trams. Colon Market is great for food and drink too and only 2 minutes away, Highluy recommended for either a work or pleasure trip and as I visit annually this will be my go to hotel for work trips.

Nothing, we really enjoyed our time in the hotel and the city.
