A hotel seemingly aimed at sports teams -- a smart choice, considering the sports grounds located nearby. Actually, Valmiera seems quite a sporty town. The room is average and simple, but functional, good beds, reasonably quiet (probably depends on the number of guests), parking nearby. Above average breakfast. Better restaurants are a 3 km walk away, but for a sporty town, this is normal.

On the bathroom door, there is a warning about breaking the shower tap divider button, with 10 LVL fine. Alas, I failed to find the divider button (just an ordinary shower tap), and finding 10 LVL could be even more difficult :) This sums it up nicely -- the entire facility is slightly outdated, but there are no actual complaints.
