Cozy and spacious room with a lovely terrace in a beautiful setting Delicious breakfast

Staff were incredibly rude, really inflexible and made us feel unwelcome A word of warning: after 8 pm there are no food options in the hotel or in the town (this is in the height of summer) Reception closes at 9 pm and front desk is not accommodating for late check-ins Not a good option for the modern traveler, very traditional values it would seem

The hotel is located in the very heart of the town. The room was clean, had all the facilities a visitor might need and a huge balcony with a stunning view of the mountains. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast. The hotel serves dinner which was delectable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place when staying in the region of Tyrol.

Spacious room, bathroom with all amenities you might need. Very good breakfast, a lot of choice. Excellent diner.

One waiter was a little rude, although all the other staff were amazing. The pillows were very cheap foam and the sheets a bit bobbly, which let the room down as everything else was so nice.
