Its a very old hotel but the value and location are very good. Daily cleaning .

bathroom floor gets wet when showering. Television channels are boring.

The location is good. Easy access to JR Wakayama and Wakayamashi Station by bus. The staff is very kind. We found two convenience store just a walking distance from hotel.
