Malcolm was very friendly and welcoming- a lovely man

Location- parking - when arrived the owners very welcoming- Slept like a Log so beds to me were good. Stay again- yep. Have taken their hotel card.

At first entry there seemed to be an odd smell. That’s it.

Free parking and 10mins walk to the centre of town. Host were so friendly and were awake when we came in late. Cleaned the room which we didn’t expect.

Shower wasn’t very good, low pressure and heat would fluctuate.

Mal and Mick are good hosts who like to make sure all is good. Property is clean has good showers also lots of storage space and plenty of of tea coffee etc.

The stairs. We asked for 2 rooms to be next to each other so had to be on top floor. It was a very busy time in Blackpool so we were lucky to find accommodation at all.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was as described and clean. The staff were helpful when asked and everyday asked if we needed anything.
