"Superb"

The owners. Very friendly and helpful- tells us about the tram app for our phone which also included bus. £10 all day we were up and down the promenade getting off and on wherever we went.

Exceptional hotel, really lived up to the Boutique name. Exceptionally well finished, fantastic facilities, amazing breakfast & Fiona was fantastic, warm host. The whole experience was literally faultless.

The breakfast was well presented, non-greasy and used quality ingredients. Great way to start the day.

To be fair, its hard to find a valid criticism - the place is extremely well run.

"Comfortable stay!"

The host was fantastic; polite, friendly and very welcoming throughout the entire stay. My room was exceptionally clean, presented to a very high standard and comfortable. The host has recently decorated; everywhere in the hotel was well presented, fresh and cleanly.

The shower door was difficult to close, but didn’t affect my ability to have a nice shower.

"Great hotel, but opt for an upgraded room"

Fiona was great and extremely accommodating, super friendly and likeable. She upgraded our room for free to help avoid the extra set of stairs once she found out my wife was pregnant. The sea view rooms are gorgeous.

We were originally put up in a standard double suite which was clean and comfortable but was quite cramped. The bathroom wasn't the greatest either with a dodgy door and low shower pressure.
