The cleaning was done daily in a quickly manner. Location near the commercial center. Since our previous trip, a kettle has been added as room equipment.

Breakfast was average - as the last time we visited the hotel , there were not many options to choose from. We would have preferred more fruits and vegetables. In the room, coffee and tees were not refilled daily. However, 3 teas and 4 coffees were available in the room on the first day of our trip. Stuff was polite and cleaning service really efficient. Overall, very good customer experience - the hotel really worked on the weak points and provided an above-average service for a 3 star hotel.

I booked the wrong kind if room and the staff was keen to help change to the type I needed at no extra cost. Very good location. Room looked really good and comfortable. Very food size, ideal for a couple.

AC was working well. No iron table and iron in the room however can get a hand held steamer and use it on a bed surface.

The WiFi was very spotty- overall WiFi in room 201 almost non existing - you can stay in the right wall corner and pray to be connected. Room has a balcony which is lovely - large with 2 chairs however the view and the noise from the AC’s machines makes it very disappointing. Not enough outlets in the room - Only two right next to the main bed Very small bathroom with a very occurred design. . Shower cabin very small - I am a small person and I felt very uncomfortable, could not even turn too much without turning the water off. No shampoo or conditioner- only something in a wall dispenser that was not labeled. No counter space for the sink. No bottle water in the room, no tea kettle or coffee machine. Very small fridge - filled with drinks and snacks to buy. TV very small, not working well , not a smart TV for sure, so you cannot watch Netflix or any other streaming services. The place for the TV is in a peculiar position for this room/bed position. Small Seif - did not work - the technician mentioned that it did not have batteries.
