Întotdeauna este loc de mai bine, se mai poate investi cu eforturi financiare mici pentru a fi mai modern. Zona este foarte bună, legături rapide cu mijloace de transport în comun, magazine și supermarketuri foarte aproape, zonă liniștită.

Ușa de la intrare în cameră trebuie neapărat schimbată și fixat în perete tocul ușii, paturile merită casate și schimbate cu ceva mai de 2025.
