Everything

The shower the water is hot then goes completely cold then hot again it was so annoying, also I asked if I could extend my booking that same night I checked in, receptionist said no I can do it in the morning, in the morning they guy booked 🙄

"My friend and I did a last minute booking as our place was not ready until the next day, however my friend arrived first"

The location.

The owner/ manager of the place is rude and not customers oriented I don’t recommend them booking.com should have them on their website at all
