‏توقعنا بأن الفيلا فيها سيرفس على مدار الساعة لكن في الليل ما في خدمة والعشاء يجب إنك تطلبه قبلها بساعات كثيرة وهذا الشيء ما كان عملي وأزعجنا والإفطار ما كان بالمستوى المأمول

The location of this Hotel is perfect, nestled in Nature with beautiful views of tree tops and Mountains. The attention to detail in everything the staff do is wonderful. The Chef is exceptional we had an amazing New Year’s Eve dinner and all meals served were tasty and catered for everyone’s needs. All the staff made our stay homely and enjoyable. The rooms are everything a person needs for a relaxing holiday. The gym has all you need for a good workout( Technogym ) The Spa is a must ! There are few places that tick all the boxes for an amazing holiday we have finally found one. Lastly you need to try the “Reflect Tea” ! I must compliment Audrey and Prince, Thank you guys !

Magnifique hôtel, au pied des montagnes. Decoration design et très soignée, belle piscine. Chambres très confortables et bien équipées. On a dîné tous les soirs sur place, un régal. Et personnel aux petits soins, aimable et souriant.

Petit déjeuner commence à 8 heures. Un peu tard quand on veut aller tôt en excursion pour éviter le monde sur les routes.

- beautiful location - great, spacious rooms - drinks were included during our stay - dinner was excellent, prepared on request - staff friendly and helpful - great for a few days to relax in cape town, boutique experience - we had the forest pod: was a little darker due to the trees, forest pod may be a better option

- breakfast was below expectation at this level of hotel - delayed check in - service could do with some refinement
