"Fine hotel, excellent location but rather basic hotel experience"

Excellent location Quiet room Very nice breakfast

A lot of communication prior to arriving because the reception and breakfast would be closed during our arrival but in the end everything was open so a bit of a waste of time The room and bathroom were very basic, okay for just an overnight stay but in no way delighting. Getting a 2 person bed and then the tiniest of single person blankets is always disappointing

Excellent breakfast!. Delicious scrambled egg, fresh fruit and rolls. They even provided oat milk. Absolutely delicious and more than worth the price,

"Charming & private!"

Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the grounds, the location, great staff & breakfast.

As we’ve come to learn, A/C and guest laundry facilities are rare in Germany, and having those two things would have made our stay even better.
